Private Lessons offer you personal attention and a customized experience in your yoga practice. Every session truly honors the concept of begin where you are by considering your unique needs. We work together to develop a personalized yoga program. I offer all the guidance and expertise I have gained from my training and experience, to walk with you through the process. Some reasons you may consider private yoga:
- Deepen your overall yoga experience: mind, body, and spirit
- Develop your practice with guidance and hands-on assists and feedback
- Work with modifications for injuries or conditions
- Comfort, convenience, and privacy
- For Human connection in a mindful practice
- Flexibility: can be on-going or a set number of sessions to address specifics
Private sessions can be scheduled for meditation and pranayama (breath work), yoga asana practice, therapeutic sessions to address injuries, study to deepen your understanding of yoga, or some combination of all. Typical sessions are 60 minutes long (can be longer 75-90min or shorter (45min), once or twice a week (can be more or less frequent), and in person or via online meeting. This can be 1-on-1, pairs, or small group.
