COURSE EXPECTATIONS
IN ORDER TO PASS THIS PROGRAM AND RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATION, YOU WILL BE EVALUATED ON FULL ATTENDANCE, ALL ASSIGNMENTS, PRACTICUM ASSESSMENTS, FINAL EXAM, AND OVERALL STUDENTSHIP.
ATTENDANCE:
ALL SCHEDULED IN-PERSON MANDATORY SESSIONS MUST BE ATTENDED AND/OR ACCOUNTED FOR. THE ATTENDANCE POLICY IS OUTLINED BELOW:
i) A maximum of sixteen (16) training hours may be missed if arranged in advance, and approved by the program director.
ii) For these pre-approved days, the trainee must account for the missed time by rescheduling one-on-one training time or by viewing a recording of the missed session, when available.
- In the event that one-on-one makeup training is required, the trainee must pay an additional cost for a private session(s) with a program trainer to make up the missed hours at the rate of $70 per hour.
- The number of hours to be made up and the appropriate teacher is determined by the lead trainer.
- Make-up sessions must be made up prior to the next training session, along with completion of any assignments.
iii) Special considerations will be made in the case of illnesses and emergencies which will be at the Program Director’s discretion.
iv) Certificates will not be granted until all training hours are accounted for.
v) Unapproved absences may result in dismissal from the program. In this case, graduation will be at the sole discretion of the program director.
ASSIGNMENTS
ALL HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS AND PROJECTS ARE TO BE COMPLETED ON TIME.
Homework assignments include but are not limited to: worksheets, written reflections, reading, partner projects, recorded practice teaching assignments, and open book quizzes.
ASSESSMENTS
STUDENTS NEED A PASSING GRADE ON THE FINAL PRACTICUM AND FINAL EXAM, AND A SATISFACTORY ASSESSMENT OF PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION EVALUATION IN ORDER TO GRADUATE.
Students will have practicum evaluations and mentoring through the program to prepare them sufficiently for success.

iv) Maintain integrity with interactions and communication
v) Respect yourself and others at all times – no gossip, no side conversations during lecturer presentations
vi) Endeavor for accountability and professionalism in all actions
ABUNDANT PATH AIMS TO CREATE A SAFE AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR LEARNING. WE DO NOT TOLERATE HARASSMENT, INTIMIDATION OR OFFENSIVE TREATMENT OF OUR STUDENTS, TEACHERS, AND STAFF. IF ANYONE IS FOUND IN VIOLATION OF OUR ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICIES, ABUNDANT PATH WILL MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO IMPROVING THE SITUATION WITH ALL PARTIES. ABUNDANT PATH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE SAID PARTICIPANT FROM THE PROGRAM WITHOUT REFUND, SHOULD ATTEMPTS TO IMPROVING THE SITUATION FAIL.
TUITION & PAYMENT TERMS
Upon acceptance of your application, you can reserve your spot with the full tuition payment or a $300 deposit (non-refundable – only in the case that the program be deemed unable to run as scheduled, Abundant Path will refund your deposit.)
Outlined below are the terms of the Tuition and Refund Policy for the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. Please read the below carefully. By submitting your application you are agreeing to the terms & conditions and entering into a payment agreement with Abundant Path School of Yoga (operated by Soo Yoon Yoga LLC).
Upon successful completion of the program as outlined above in the Course Expectations and full payment, you will be granted a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certificate which will allow you to register as a 200 hour Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
- $3,00 Early Bird Price if paid in full by (if you paid $300 deposit first, then $2,700 balance) due by August 15, 2025.
- $3,200 Full Tuition Payment (if you paid $300 deposit first, then $2,900 balance) due by September 19th, 2025.
- $3,400 Pay-over-time Option. Includes initial deposit payment of $300, then follows the payment schedule below:
- 1st $620 payment due by October 1st, 2025
- 2nd $620 payment due by November 1st, 2025
- 3rd $620 payment due by December 1st, 2025
- 4th $620 payment due by January 1st, 2025
- 5th/FINAL $620 payment due by February 1st, 2025

WITHDRAWALS
An applicant who withdraws from the program before the Start Date is entitled to a refund of all monies except for $300 (the amount of the non-refundable deposit).
SPECIAL CASES
In case a trainee needs to withdraw from the program due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the trainee to complete the course, the program will provide a reasonable and fair refund, or allocate the trainee’s tuition towards a subsequent training.
In the event of endemic/pandemic restrictions or other issues that may deem meeting in person unsafe, the program will pivot to 100% online learning and maintain the same training schedule to deliver the same content as planned. There will be no change in tuition or refunds, and all payment agreements, contracts, payments will continue as set forth in this agreement.
